My Name is Rita Emmanuel.
Bio-data: I was born in Billiri Local Government area of Gombe State. My special date of birth happened to be July 16, my zodaic sign is Cancer.
Marital status: I am very much married, blessed with a lovely son by God almighty.
Education: I attended my primary school in central primary school Billiri, Gombe state. I proceeded with my secondary School education in Federal government collage Billiri and later round up in Sambo Memorial Secondary School Billiri, Gombe State.
I obtained my first degree in federal University of Kashere Gombe State, a graduate of English language in the year 2015. I am currently an M.A student of Literature in English.
I did my One year mandatory service in Anambra State. From 2016-2017.
Awards and Merits: By the grace of God, I graduated as the best graduating student in the English Department in the 2014/2015 academic session.
Leadership experience: I was the first NASELS ( National Association of Students of English and Literary Studies) president Fuk chapter. NASELS is the first registered association in fuk and the first to be recognized at the National level.
I was able to lead the association for Four years and we attended so many international conferences which is called ICOSELS. Through my influence I was able to mentor one of my association member, by emerging as the National president of the great association, which is a plus to fuk.
I was also a treasurer of a major cooperative organization for two years and I handed over successfully without any uprising.
Working Experience: I worked as a teacher for two years. Currently I am a graduate assistant in the Department of English and Literary studies, federal University of Kashere Gombe State.
Personality: I am a goal setting individual, a great team player. I can work very well even under pressure because of my leadership experience; I am also a web designer and a great business woman, running a cosmetics business and hair extensions. I am a mother, a wife, Teacher, mentor and more.
Hobbies: I so much love reading and studying. And I love learning new things. I love listening to advise and constructive criticism.
I so much believe that I have a wide range of experience and the capacity to serve the great fuk Alumni as a treasurer for greater heights.
